Accem Industries manufactures its products in an audited, certified facility in compliance with American and European automotive quality standards, environmental management standards, and OSHAS safety standards. Post-expansion, the DTH antenna production capacity will generate an estimated 1.5 million pieces annually with a provision to scale up the production capacity based on need. The Company has also set up a cutting-edge, automated powder-coating paint shop capable of handling large volumes. Accem Industries' products and services are described in further detail below.

Antenna: The Company has a dominant presence in both verticals of satellite communication: DTH antenna (entertainment) and V-SAT antenna (telecommunication infrastructure). ACCEM Industries has installed more than 15,000 Large Aperture C-Band Satellite Antennae throughout India. The Company manufactures DTH antenna in various sizes: 43 and 60 cm for consumers and 90 to 120 cm for multi-dwelling units. The Company also produces DTH antenna accessories and mounting accessories.

ENGINEERING PRODUCTS

Engineering products: The Company has Custom designed and developed products such as American election voting booths, which were used in the 2008 U.S presidential election. Under an exclusive buying arrangement, ACCEM Industries has won several million dollars’ worth of orders, including the supply of metallic ADA (American Disability Act)-compliant voting booths and standard voting booths. ACCEM Industries has also won U.S. orders for its unique 6-in-1 and 4-in-1 voting booths.

AUTO PARTS

Auto parts: ACCEM Industries became a major, well-known auto components manufacturer through its hard work, timely delivery, and strict adherence to quality. The Company is an OEM supplier of sheet metal auto components for various auto manufacturers in India, including passenger car parts for Ford, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, and Mahindra & Mahindra; tractor fenders for Same Deutz; and infrastructure parts for Caterpillar. The Company manufactures a variety of assembled sheet metal-pressed components such as cross-car beams (CCB) for Ford passenger cars (pictured). A CCB is the component behind the car dashboard, holding the radio, glove box, and airbags. As a specialist metal automobile component manufacturer, ACCEM Industries has been one of the leading manufacturers of CCBs, amongst other products, since 1998. Each car manufactured has a unique design for the CCB – the Company has supplied CCBs for Ford Icon and Ford Fiesta models.
